Get started

Sign in to Studio, create an account, and stand up the first event.

Open studio.micepad.co. Studio supports email/password and social login, including Google and Eventbrite.

If you already have a Micepad account from v1, use the same email. New users can create an account from the sign-in page.

Accounts and events

Studio is account-scoped. After sign-in you land on an organization (account). From there:

  1. Dashboard — account overview
  2. Events — every gathering on this account
  3. Team — memberships and roles
  4. Settings — profile, email, invoices, integrations (owners and administrators)

Create an event from Events. An event has a name, dates, timezone, and a registration mode. You can change branding, website, and modules after create.

First event checklist

Event details

Set name, start/end, timezone, and venue under Setup → Event details.

Branding

Upload a logo and colors under Setup → Branding. These flow into emails, the public site, and the Event App.

Registration mode

Choose Registration, RSVP, Ticketing, Check-in only, or External. Switching later is blocked once people have registered or tickets exist.

Add attendees

Import a CSV, add people by hand, or publish a form. See Attendees.

Onsite

Open Onsite → Check-in to scan QR codes. Add badge templates and kiosks if the plan allows.

Roles at a glance

Role Typical access
Owner Billing, account settings, every event
Administrator Manage the account and events
Event Creator Events they are assigned to
Collaborator Events they are assigned to
Check-in Crew Check-in only on assigned events

Owners are not a membership role. They are recorded as account ownerships. Billing and destructive account actions are owner-only.

Where attendees go

  • Registration and tickets — public form URL from Registration
  • Event website — Setup → Website
  • Event App — Event App → App Setup, then publish
  • Help articles — help.micepad.co
