## Email campaigns

Campaigns need **Starter or Pro**. On Free the nav item is locked.

A campaign has an audience (all attendees, a group, or a segment), a template, and a send time. You can inspect delivery logs per campaign.

Sending a **test email** is owner-only.

## Automated emails

Auto emails are event lifecycle messages: confirmation, reminder, thank-you, cancellation. They are available without the campaigns feature gate.

Each auto email has its own schedule and template. Delivery logs are listed on the auto email, not mixed into campaign stats.

## What bounced

Campaign stats include a bounced-delivery list so you can see which addresses failed, not just a count.

## LINE

LINE campaigns exist behind a feature flag and are not on by default.

## Unsubscribe

Platform-wide unsubscribe is a public page at `/unsubscribe`. Use that link in templates instead of a custom endpoint.
